About this opportunity
The Ron Brown Scholar Program honors the legacy of Secretary Ron Brown by investing in African American students who demonstrate exceptional academic achievement, leadership, service, and financial need. Scholars receive $10,000 per year for four years, access to an active alumni network, and ongoing mentorship. The program also hosts an annual scholars conference.

How to apply
Submit the application with SAT/ACT scores, transcripts, two teacher recommendations, a counselor recommendation, and two personal essays. Finalists are invited to an interview weekend.
